說明：

Dw係列是公司開發的穿流連續（xù）式（shì）幹燥設備，用（yòng）於透氣性較好（hǎo）的片狀、條狀、顆粒狀物料的幹燥、對於脫水蔬菜、中（zhōng）藥飲片等含水率高，而溫度不允（yǔn）許高的物料尤為合適；該係列幹燥（zào）機具有幹燥速度快、蒸發強度高（gāo）、產品質量好（hǎo）的優點。對脫水濾餅的膏狀物料，需經造（zào）粒或製成棒狀後亦可（kě）幹燥。

Explain:

DW series, firstly developed  by our company, is the kind of continuous drying machine for drying of  striping, flaky and granule materials of  good gas  permeability,  especially  suitablefor  those doesnot  allow  high temperature such  de-water vegetable  and  Chinese herbs.  Theseries  has Features of rapid dry,  high evaporation strength and good quality,  It can  also be applied to  the drying of de-water paste materials  when granulated  or become clubbed form.

應用：

脫水蔬菜、顆（kē）粒飼料、味（wèi）精、椰蓉、有機（jī）顏料、合成橡膠、丙烯纖維、藥品、藥材、小木製品、塑（sù）料製（zhì）品、電子元器件老（lǎo）化、固化（huà）等。

Application:

De-watering vegetable, granule feed ,sodium glutamate, desiccated coconut, organic pigment, synthetic  rubber, acrylic emulsion,  herbs, plastic, aging of electric parts, Etc.

工作原理：

物料由加料（liào）器均勻地鋪在網帶（dài）上，網（wǎng）帶一般采用12-60目不鏽鋼絲網，由（yóu）傳動裝（zhuāng）置拖動在幹（gàn）燥機內移（yí）動。幹燥機由若幹單元組成，每一單元熱風獨立循環，部分尾氣（qì）由（yóu）專門排濕風機（jī）排（pái）出，廢氣由調節閥控製，熱氣由（yóu）下往（wǎng）上或由上往下穿過鋪滿物料的（de）網帶完成熱量與（yǔ）質量傳遞的過程，帶走物料水（shuǐ）份。網帶緩慢移動，運行速度可根據物料溫度自由調節，幹燥後的成品連續

Working principal:

The target  materials  are uniformly  put on the  mesh-belt  which generally  uses 12-60meshstainless steel and driven to  move  by transmission device. The dries is composed  of several units in  which hot air is circulated  separately. Some exhausts is brought out by special wet dis charger, waste air is controlled by adjustable valve. The hot  air passes through  the  mesh-beltcovered with the materials from the top to the bottom or vise versa which  completes the heat and mass transfer process and takes away wet content. The mesh belt move slowly  and its  speed can be adjusted  by  wet condition of materials. The drying materials fall into  the material collector continuously. The top  and bottom circulation units can be freely equipped according to the users' demand.The unit number can be selected according tobe demand.
