結構特點：

該機型由容器、螺旋攪拌葉片和（hé）傳（chuán）動部件組成：螺旋葉片一般做成雙層或三層外層螺旋將物料（liào）從兩側向中央匯集，內層螺旋將（jiāng）物料從中央（yāng）兩側輸送，形成對（duì）流混合。

Features:

This machine is composed of container,screw stirring paddles and transitionaI parts; the screw paddle are generally made into 1 layer or 3 layers,  the outer screw converge is  the  material to the  centre from two sides,  and the  inner layer of screw conveys the materiaI to  the two  sides from  the  centre,  so  as to from convection mixing.

適用範圍：

螺條（tiáo）混合機一般用於粘性或有凝聚（jù）性的粉粒體的混合以及粉粒體（tǐ）中添加液體及糊狀物料的混合，同時由於粘性物料清洗困難的特點，適用於產量大、不經常更換品種（zhǒng）的場合混合。
